Doncho Ramsey grew up in Southern California. A turbulent childhood both galvanized and fostered his creativity but a desire to serve his country, enlisting in the Marines as a high school senior, initially put an abeyance on those artistic pursuits. During his enlistment, he discovered the value of investing through a close, seminal relationship with his mentor and platoon Gunnery Sergeant.

Upon completing his tour of duty, he returned to his first love of art, studying and excelling in various art mediums, from drawing and painting to poetry. After pursuing a degree in Game Art and Design, he began writing and performing countless records on stage for the better part of a decade as a solo hip-hop artist.

The housing market crash of 2008 presented an investment opportunity, and eager to apply the knowledge acquired through his Marine Corps mentor, he jumped at the chance to begin developing his real estate portfolio. While art may never be his primary income stream, it was through his art that the universe brought him his wife, the absolute air he breathes, and it was her counsel to further his education that empowered him to earn his certification in trading and investing.
