Humberto Braga serves as a Partner of 7West Capital. His current focus is on investor relations, marketing, accounting, and the strategic direction of the firm. Since establishing the firm, Humberto has been a critical piece of the growth 7West has achieved. With his leadership, the firm and its partners have over $400M of Assets Under Management and over 3,566 Units. Humberto also provides operational oversight of the firm’s in-house management team and is the liaison between management companies and lenders.

Humberto is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He was raised in Wisconsin and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with their daughters Palmer, Chancey, and Finley
